common sense would tell you not to pull into any parking lot be in an apt complex or store with your **** blaring loud; might as well hold up a "come jack me" sign in neon.
I usually have all my windows down and music turned up, but I do turn it down if someone comes up next to me with their windows down and they're not blaring like me.
