Yes it does. I had a modded wagon too, but not like that.

schino, the Radio Flyer I last saw wasn't made in U.S.

I will see if my bro-n-law can help ya on that one. The wheels and tires are from craigslist and the frame he made. The only thing he really bought was the front spindles and tie rods. But i will see if I can help ya out.
