There isn't really any therapy to do other than stretching my legs which is do-able on my own. When it comes to nerve damage all you can really do is make sure you are not causing more damage to the nerve and hope it is able to fully heal. Trying to surgically repair nerves in the spinal cord is next to impossible to do without causing more damage to other nerves in the area.
The only real "Therapy" there is is learning how to do everything all over again.

Just the constant tingle and I can feel the calf muscle and muscles in my feet contract when they spasm.
No control over movement. Tyring just makes them tingle more but they don't move. The good thing is that when I first had my wreck they didn't tingle any when I would try so could be a good sign.

thats really cool man that you have adapted and overcome and still in truck game like that. the thing with jdawg is that his truck is a rcsb. its crazy to see him put the chair in the bed and make his way to the cab
