There isn't really any therapy to do other than stretching my legs which is do-able on my own. When it comes to nerve damage all you can really do is make sure you are not causing more damage to the nerve and hope it is able to fully heal. Trying to surgically repair nerves in the spinal cord is next to impossible to do without causing more damage to other nerves in the area.
The only real "Therapy" there is is learning how to do everything all over again.

So what does it feel like if you try to move your legs? It's hard to think about as I have no experience with a disability.

it's just like when you sleep wrong and your arm goes numb. how it tingles as the feeling starts to come back but you really can't feel it yet.

So your legs constantly tingle? Or are you talking about the lack of muscle control?

BTW, it's nice to see you without that damn hippy hair anymore even though it was for a good cause

Just the constant tingle and I can feel the calf muscle and muscles in my feet contract when they spasm.

No control over movement. Tyring just makes them tingle more but they don't move. The good thing is that when I first had my wreck they didn't tingle any when I would try so could be a good sign.
