Default Christmas eve tribute to the Armed Service

Every year we get together for a tribute to our Armed Service men and women

This time it was special.
During WWII, December 1944, the 101st Airborne lay seige on the Germans at*Bastogne. For 8 long and cold days the 101st held out and did what had to be done. With very little food, ammo was running very low, the days were cold and the nights even worse the 101st moved ahead.*

Here is us doin a 8rd tribute for them brave men of the 101st.
Since the M1 Garand holds 8rds it fit perfect, and thats the main weapon that was used by the 101st.
The ping created by the En Bloc clip ejecting after the 8th round is fired is a eary reminder as to what those men went thru years ago.
