Nah, I'm not an angry dude. My give a **** is just used up between, work, school and my wife/kid. I don't have time to deal with the extra crap and when I do I want to spend it relaxing with the people that really mean something to me. The holidays time frame is one of two times a year I'm not in school where I can actually chill and it seems every year its spent running around like a chicken with my head cut off. It's suppose to be a time of relaxtion and it never is so this year I said screw it. I'm not doing a damn thing but hanging out with my little family and close friends everyone else can kiss my ***.

 

I here ya man. Every body wants something out of ya to. I hate it. Christmas is so over commercialized it is worthless. My wife came home from walmart, of all places sunday morning pissed cause she thought I was going to surprise her by putting up the Christmas lights while she was gone. I don't think so. I may not put those things up this year.

The first year I did it I nearly slid off the roof of my house. I don't want to even think about getting up there now.

 

Couldn't agree with you more on that. I hate the hustle and gogogo mentality around Christmas and how everyone has to have the perfect gift. I say screw gifts and just have everyone get together, that's what it's all about to me

 

Well I came home to this

Apparently the wife really wanted Christmas lights so she put em up

Either way I didn't have to put the ***** up so I'm happy

 

Mine are not up yet and the mrs is not happy about it. You will have to take them down.. . . . .

Yeah I told her that and she said "that would be great but I'll end up doing it", to which I naturally replied "probably"

 

Well after 7 beers, 3 shots, and enough bitching from my wife, this is what i ended up with. I know it might be a little over done, but hey its worth it.
