You are doing 7x7.

For each big cat (1) there are (7) little catts 1+7=8 and theres 7 big cats in each backpack so 8x7=56 x7 (# of backpacks)=392 x 7 girls=2744x 4 (legs of each cat)=10976 plus 14 (the legs of the 7 girls)= 10990

thats what i was gonna say... buses don't have legs!

...and isn't it spelt "legs" not "leggs". that would matter too.

is it a riddle or a math problem? that also effects the answer.
