yea alchohol was involved. another article said there was some beer cans and a case in one of teh trucks. from what i heard from other people is that they had left the club right down 45 too. sad that it happened. i passed by earlier and there were a few people there at teh site. there is also a little meet tomorrow at teh same place. its pretty crazy that me and my brother saw him the night it happened pumping gas.

The video shows the face of one and the boot/leg of the other...too graphic and terrible. **** can go bad quick.

I don't know why anyone would think they were any more than going too fast for the situation. Somebody lost a son.

That is sad, never would i drink and drive and never would i race in an area im not familiar with. Not sure if that was the case since the officer said "one driver struck a curb'', or if it was the alchohol and high speed. May their souls rest in peace for whatever reason tho. I would hate to be the driver that survives! I wouldnt be able to live with myself over something like this.

Thinning out of the gene pool IMO. If youre stupid enough to do that after drinking then you get what you deserve.

I see **** like this alot. I would say 90% of the time alchohol is involved. I just had 3 kids in there Toyota Camry racing to catch up with their friends on the highway. They were doing approximately 90 MPH when they lost control and went into the guard rail. The guard rail cut through the car like a knife and sheared the passenger's foot/leg off below the knee. We had to displace the dash to recover his foot/leg to see if the doctor's could save it. They ended up cutting the guy's other leg off since that one was damaged beyond repair. He can't even walk with a limp now. The driver just had scrapes and scratches off coarse. His friend will never walk on his own two feet again. I can't figure out why people have not learned yet!

its sad to see, if someone wants to drink and drive and kill themselfs thats fine, but its gunna be my kids on the road one day and just the thought of someone drinking and driving makes me wanna shuv my fist in there face! with that said if your gunna race in town use comen sence and dont go 120 mph, if your gunna go out racing take it out of town, its a short way to drive knowing your not putting others in danger.
