That's about the only thing I miss about living in Michigan....people bolting car bodies onto 4x4 chassis. In my neighborhood alone there was a '57 Chevy on a K5 Blazer chassis and a Pinto on a Bronco chassis.

By far the coolest thing was this guy with a Blazer who split a 20" log lengthwise and bolted it onto his truck, bark and all, as bumpers. All of a sudden you'd see this tree coming up on your ***, and of course, you moved over.

 

i wouldn't do that here, thats a trick for other forums


i can't say i've ever seen a log split for bumpers lol plenty 2x4's though
