If apple would have lossed it would have had a major impact on international patent law. It would have given Korea, China, Japan, ect. the abilitly to copy any American Patented/Made products with out any fear of consequence. This is more than just a phone war, there is a bigger picture involved.

I think apple has a right to defend their idea's. People copied the Iphone, and the Ipad with ruthless abandon so I can't see why they can't defend themselves or at least make a claim to it.

I agree. I loved my android stuff, but after my samsung kept fing up, kicking me out of programs, not updating, shutting off randomly, I took the dive for a iPhone. Best phone I have ever have. Also like others saidm alot of other brands phones are set up to look like the iPhone platform and op system.

Ive had my iPhone 4 for 2 years now, Mac book for 1.5 years and an iPad for about 3 months now. All I can say is Ive not had a single problems with anything i've bought from apple. They have good customer service and back their products 100%.
