anyone in south louisiana know this truck

Got a friend wanting to buy it. Looks like the front wheels are bowed out, cranked torsions? If anyone knows this truck or has any info on it let me know. He is four hours away so he cant go check it out until this weekend. I believe he said it was in Slidell. Thanks in advance.
