If you didn't live in Texas I'd say you need to buy a snowmobile. So I'll say buy a dirt bike. 20 minutes and you quit caring. Go for a ride before work in the morning and you'll probably prevent getting angry. The class might work for you, might not, worth a shot if you don't wanna buy another toy.

I just sold the motorcycle thats pictured in my sig but I have to agree. Riding a motorcycle was the best therapy I ever had. 10 minutes and my mind was clear and I didn't get a **** about anything

Sounds odd but have you considered your diet? There has been a some research done here recently about people with mood swings and diets with lots of gluten. I have heard of people elimitating all of the gluten in their diets and have commented on a much more stable mood. No more wanting to rip peoples heads off. Could be worth a look into it.
