Who else has had very poor service/dealings with forced inductions. Been 1 month since i ordred my basic s472 charger, they are extremely hard to get ahold of

finally was told that it shipped 2 mondays ago, yet i still havent seen it and called a few times for a tracking number. First time they said they were at the track racing and nobody was in the office, finally got them again and the internet went down so they couldnt get into ups.

They have taken my money yet cant seem to get any decent customer service, so damn frustrating

 

I think he relocated to his garage actually...hes about 30-45 minutes from me. Never met him though.

just frustrating as hell, i mean how hard is it really to just email a tracking number or something. I can understand they may be busy but it takes a whole extra 30 seconds to email something

update:
finally got a tracking number, for sure wasnt shipped when i was told but at least i have something now. For sure will be the last time i use them
