How bout us far away folk split a room to make it cheap , I'll rent a cheap ride and we can split the room and rental how many ever ways we get people to go in on it.

I live close enough that I can drive(~1.5 hour) but I plan on staying down for the weekend if I do. I dont mind shuttling people around but ive only got an extended cab so only 4 others can ride along.

I am getting at hotel room saturday night. That is the one condition my wife gave me. No with that being said. I say we all chip in on a suite and have a party!!

If I make it I live about 3-4 hours away and depending I might crash at a hotel, nothing set in stone though.

I think you will be more comfortable sleeping in the bed of my truck. It has a bed cover so you should be ok
