I've been out of it for quite a while myself, but recently got back into working out with it. I had almost forgot how good it feels to take those body shots. I used to be really heavy into boxing and kickboxing in particular. I was starting to feel myself get out of shape, so I had to start back doing something. I also recently started back on the weights. Damn, I love being so sore I can't pick up my arms.

 

Ill be glad when I can get back in the weight room Ive been out for shoulder surgery for 4 months now and lost 20 pounds of muscle all my friends are like man I didnt even recognize you are you eating. The density is still there but its like I shrunk. They arent gonna be saying stuff 6 months from now if it breaks build it bigger and better, we'll see if this applies to shoulders.
