Default Advice from Toyota Techs or anyone.

So I got a 2003 Corolla that needs a new engine. I can put one in as long as it is a new crate motor. I just don't feel comfortable timing the cams and the whole motor on this one is pretty gross.
So the question is where can I get a new crate motor or a rebuilt one?
What are some reputable re-builders?
So can I get some help guys?
