I worked that shift for a while when I was in the military. I liked it. Got to see the sun come up every day when I got off work

Recently I have done 10pm to 6:30am at the San Diego airport, and while I hated it while I was doing it..I kind of missed it in a wierd way when I finished.
Its kind of nice and calm at night...
I recomend sleeping right when you get home for 6 or so hours..Melatonin with some valerian root would help me fall asleep..Good Luck

Yeah thats exactly what i was going to do, come home and sleep till about 1 or 2pm. funny you mentioned melatonin, i already take that to sleep. But never heard of the valerian root. Might have to try that. Im also getting some blackout curtains, the sun comes right into my room in the morning for a nice GTFO of bed signal

Lots of good reasons for nights. I get fridays, saturdays and sundays off and most of monday. No one in the front office, just us 3 mechanics so its laid back and ur not under pressure. Also get alot of over time. I do hate the fact i miss out on alot of after work activites my friends do
