I appreciate the imput, but I still am not seeing where you can get a Z-71 4wd with 20's.You can get a 4wd, but not if it has the Z-71 suspension. Am I missing something? Does anyone here have a 07 or 08 4wd Avalanche with the Z-71 suspension rolling on 20's.

I picked up a 07 LTZ 4wd Z-71 with high miles and 18" wheels. Its loaded with everything. I just dont like the wheels and I guess now I will be looking for some 20s to put on it.

I think the problem you are running into, is that if Chevy wont allow a 20" package with the Z71 package, its because they feel that the requirement for a lower profile tire on the 20" wheels will adversely affect the potential of the suspension. 20s will fit, but if you want a good off-road tire you will probably need to lift it a bit, but I am not too familiar with max wheel sizes on a stock height avy

Not really looking for an off road tire, maybe just some stock 20's with a 275/55/20 or 285/50/20.
