repost on the topic

I have to agree with you about the front end. But everything else i find appealing.
It's a smart move on Fords part because people WANT to build a truck like that

the optional 6.2 SOHC V8 with a 6sp Auto sounds kinda tasty...

It might be an ugly Ford, but it looks like a good idea.

yeah there were 2 of these driving around here in town, they were kinda covered with all the black masking stuff. The test fleet here gets alot of cool cars too.

I give Ford props for building a nice rig, I kinda like the styling of it, if it was a crew cab I think it would be even better. I like that ford is atleast making half ton crews the right way, where you have the option of the extra short crew bed or a normal 6.5' bed. I wonder how much they want for one of those?

I can find out what my cost is Cody

Hopefully we get a 6.2/6spd version at my dealership soon. They're unique little trucks. And while they may be stout in stock form, the aftermarket will suck *** and they'll be a nightmare to work on as usual. I'm hearing its architecturally the same as the 3V 5.4L truck motor... That's their first bad move

Either way I'd like to drive one and see what its got . Somehow I don't see the Ford version of a 6.2 even being in the same league as the GM 6.2... But I'm sure we all expected that already.

I like some of the specs of them, just really dont like the look at all. And i do think it was probably a good move on fords part.
