I was shhoting a 1911a1 at the 100yd range at steel 8" tagets holding 6' high and I could see the bullet strike the gong, lmfao. I had a group watchin me hit a head sized target at 100yds with a sub sonic .45acp ...that was fun! |

yeah the.45 I felt like i was aiming for the sun and 3 feet for windage, lol. It made this great pull-lunk when it struck the steel. I doubt there would have been much penetration but it woulld've made a good knot on the head!

hah, wow, my buddy from work had a similar story. Thats a bunch of shit. He was also at an outdoor range. And yet indoor ranges have guys shootin IDPA and all that but they wont let u shoot big rounds because of the back drop. Damned if u do, damned if u dont. Go out to the desert and set up some targets and start firing, not a COMPLETELY accurate way, but it'll work. And while ur at it pick up some Tannerite :D
