*Warning* Shooting Range Rant

*Warning* Shooting Range Rant
alright i got up this morning early about 5AM to go out to the shooting range to sight in a few new rifles, so i load up 9 rifles and 3 shotguns and start driving out there, it's like 31 degrees out so i'm already disgruntled, so i get there and pay the exorbitant fee and go to the line and start pulling the weapons and loading mags waiting for the first hot call, i'm on the 300 yard range which is a good 1/4 mile from everyone else at the pistol and 100yd range. so i get everthing loaded, i set up my spotting scope and start with my M4 and after about a hour i make it to the bigger rounds, i start with .270 180grain then 30-06 220grain and .308
at this point the rangemaster comes down to me and tells me that i am firing to fast, it's a bolt action rifle, i'm inherently limited by the fact that i load them 1 at a time. so then i break out the .50BMG and start sighting that one, well first shot and car alarms start going off, i laugh and then i make it through about 10 rounds before the rangemaster comes down to tell me i can't fire anything bigger than a .270 any more cause i'm making to much noise. WTF IT'S A GD SHOOTING RANGE YOUR SUPPOSED TO BE WEARING HEARING PROTECTION. so i get pissed and for about the next half hour fire the m4 and the AR-15 and calm down then i go back to the .50 since i need to finish sighting it. well unbeknownst to me someone is bench positions down and i crack off the first round and this jerkoff isn't wearing ear or eye protection so the muzzle break blows dust all over him, my bad, he isn't wearing ear protection, his bad, and then when i eject the spent brass it lands right on his back, My bad again. so i apologize and he goes and bitches to the rangemaster and gets me kicked out.
Now i have 12 weapons to clean and i'm pissed, maybe the hoppes fumes will help

sounds like they need some new management.
do they have any regulations (in writing) about how fast you can shoot or how big of a caliber you can shoot? some places only allow so big of a caliber and wont let you shoot real fast. btw, real fast = semiauto/fullauto, bolt action is in no way "fast".
is it an indoor or outdoor range?

If a guy got shot, then they DO need new management. Thats recockulous! WTF was that ******* doing standing next to someone shooting a .50 rifle anyway? He deserves what he got IMO. I would ask to see the rules in writing if I were you.

too loud at an OUTDOOR range? wth?
that's as bad as the people that live next to the airport and bitch about the noise. Get a muffler on that boeing would ya!?!
and how many seconds between shots is too fast.
semi/full auto don't help much speed wise.
