Default redoing the suspension a 2006 tbss

I'm new to the tbss world, just got one, and have some questions about the suspension. The one I'm getting is already lowered. But I'm not sure of brands or how much and if it even done correctly, so I'm gonna start from scratch. I wondering what brands do you guys are running for control arms, springs, shocks spindles etc... also if you guys suggest to stay away from certain brands or items. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
