is there any way that i could put some 3.42 gears in my tb and get better gas mileage, and where could i get them from?????? has anyone done this and were there vast improvements? also, about how much would it be to intall them if i brought my truck to get them put in? thanks and any info would be very helpful.

are you 2wd or awd?
unless you do all hwy driving changing out the gears would not be worth it.in city driving your mpg would drop real low.the gain would be only 2-3 mpg hwy
