Yesterday, while tuning,@ about 50mph when I would hit it in 2nd the tires would just spin.I know the road was cold but that's not bad for 33 X 12.50's with a LSD.
Now 3rd pulls like crazy.I hit 3rd gear right @ the eighth mile on the track.So hopefully my eighth to quarter mile time does a little better.

We'll see in a few weeks.

I would just like to say(in case I haven't in the past ) that if you are thinking about a TBSS, STOP THINKING!! Go buy one.

So when is the TVS going to produce some track times?

 

the tvs allready went to the track on a BONE STOCK tbss

5.5 psi boost 12.6@106 2.1 60 foot time with the magnacharger stock tune which is made for 91 octane.

he now put on headers/full exhaust/trans with stall/ efans and custom tune.



Also The trailblazer SS nationals are going on memorial day weekend again. I rented out KCIR drag strip for the day we are having guys from all over coming out.

Norcal - You talking about BigTex's run or someone else? BigTex ran about those same numbers but, a tad faster mph. They are putting down some NICE times for sure.

 

I know all about Richard's run and mods, I was referring to John's TBSS.

 

That 2.1 60' tells me there is probably quite a bit left in that truck too because I ran a 2.04 with just the tune in my stock TBSS.

I can't wait for Richard to get back to the track.
