Default Long tubes going on Project SS Trailblazer tomorrow

So tomorrow morning the Stainless Works long tubes are going on the truck. It is going to be really hot again tomorrow and I can't get my tune updated until next week, but I should put 350-360 down without an update to my tune. It depends on hot hot it is and how far off the air/fuel is.

Wish me luck

Good luck, we must have gotten the headers the same day (Tuesday). Be careful on the O2 sensors.

The o2 sensors were cross threaded form the factory. Every truck that has done headers now has reported the same thing.

Here is a video of the truck. I am impressed as all hell with the sound. Make me wanna do an overnight vigil and toss in the cam.

may be one time threads?? I heard you should change the crank bolt when doing a pulley because it is only good for one time application? suggested at least..

Crank bolt is a TTY, so yes ABSOLUTELY change out the crank-bolt when doing a cam/pulley swap... BTW, its only about $3 at the dealer...!

Not cross threaded- its just what happens when you dont put anti-sieze between steel and aluminum, much like a spark plug.. I've replaced all my O2 bungs with stainless steel ones to help prevent this in the future. I've torn up I dunno how may 02 sensors from doing dyno runs with the wideband..
