Kooks -
Kooks TrailBlazer SS headers are made of T304 Stainless Steel material. This enables Kooks Custom Headers to offer a life time guarantee against rust or cracks.. Headers are available in 1 3/4" and 1 7/8" sizes with a 3" Catted or 3" Off-Road Y-Pipe. This Y-Pipe is designed to bolt directly to the OEM and aftermarket exhausts.

Stainless Works 1 3/4" CNC Mandrel Bent Headers with 3/8" thick CNC laser cut flanges. Headers come with either 2 1/2" Y-Pipe with High flow cats or a 2 1/2" offroad y-pipe.
2006-2007 CHEVY 6.0L "TRAILBLAZER SS" Long Tube Headers with 1.750" primaries and a 3" OD collector and Y-Pipe with 2 high flow metal matrix catalytic converters. These headers are designed to connect to your factory exhaust system or the Stainless Works catback system. These are backed with a lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship.
