Default Burning through Fog Lights

i'm now on my 3rd passenger side fog light bulb. driverside is still original. Truck is just over 1 year old, 15,000 miles.

I know there's a service bulletin about the foglight brakets vibrating, and GM supplying the dealers with reinforcment brackets.

Anyone else going through foglights quickly?

it might leak. or there is some kind of oil residue on the bulb before you put it in.

I think I read somewhere that they are only rated for 100 hours.

What HID kit did you use? I am making a spacer for the bulbs that I have from my old truck. The 880 series bulb that worked in my Sierra Denali are the same bulbs as the TBSS but the kits bulbs are about 1/4" too long. I used a piece of plexi glass and cut the spacer out of it. I just need to find longer screws for the base plate.
