Actually they are slow with a stock tune. THey have gobs of torque management and squat for timing with the stock tune. A good tune can pickup 25 to the tire on a bone stock truck

yeah there is stuff to wake it up. i was just thinkin it was going to have more. you would think 400hp would impress you more. but that torque management does kill it. they need a button to turn that **** off just to make it easy. hell my truck got traction control at least, question anybody else got it in there truck. mine is the only one i ever seen

have you noticed the traction control button on the gear shifter? if you hold that until the stabilitrack off comes on the display on the dash, that kinda takes some of the tq management out. they are just dogs out of the hole i ran a 14.3@97 with a 2.3 60ft with only a tune and temps were in the high 80s with high 80s humidity.

Nope, certainly don't consider it slow.

Obviously, if I tried to compare it to my Formula, maybe... but that's like comparing apples to oranges.

I felt that way at first because of the inevitable comparison with my T/A, but I got an ADM CAI and a tune and the truck hauls *** now. Night and day.

I have seen tuned TBSS go 13.90s on a hot summer day. It has it in it. I promise...

Yea, Stewart really does this. On the way back it was "65 stay alive. "
