Default Tires to lift ratio?

So I have an 08 Silverado lifted 6'' and 35'' tires. There seems to still be quite a bit of gap in the wheel wells. Has anyone put 37s with 6'' lift? If so please post the pics? This will also be in the GMT 900 section.

Post some pics of your truck man... I think anything more than a 35 with your lift will do some rubbing when you turn

It's my daily and have enough garage problems. Just curious that's all and wanted to try to fill that gap a little more. Thanks for your input man!

truck looks good but its the way chevy made the fenders, looks good but it seems that other trucks like ford and dodge can fit bigger tires.

Why did you take the 4x4 sticker off - please tell me you are not one of those people who have a 2 wheel drive and make it look like a 4x4 because "I am never going to take it off road anyway". Anyway the truck looks sweet as is! You would either need to do some fender work, more lift, or never turn you wheel all the way to make sure the 37's don't rub. Stick with what your got its awesome already. Just my 2 cents.

How is lifting a 2wd truck trying to make it look like a "4x4"?? Quite possibly one of the most retarded posts I have read in my life time. If he wanted to make his truck look like a "4x4" I would say the best place to start would be to get some fake CVs, driveshaft and Tcase.

When a truck is lifted 6 inches and has mud tires all the way around you are either trying to make it look like a 4x4. I have never been able to look to see if a truck has a t-case, cv's, or a front drive shaft as I am rolling 70 down the road and someone is going the other direction. I was not putting his truck down at all - read the post - I like his truck. My brother had a 91 chevy slammed to the ground and he put a z-71 sticker on it and a shifter in the floor just to turn peoples heads - It looked wild!
