So I've been putting this lift on my 2006 crew cab and everything was going good and was almost finished up with the front until I realized that my torsion bar on the passenger side is rubbing/slightly binding in the bottom outside corner of the hole in the frame cross member that it passes through about the middle of the bar. The drivers side has plenty of room all the way around it. Has anyone has this issue or heard of it? I called rough country and they said they haven't heard of the issue and to send them pictures of it.

It's almost like the torsion bar bracket that bolts to the control arm is off a little like maybe 1/16 of an inch cause it bar to not center in the hole.

 

Happened to me when I swapped 2500 torsion bars in mine. Maybe you have driver/passenger swapped? I just kind of pushed the bar up and cranked the key til I could slide the bolt in.
