I don't think you should have cut that off man. GM put that there cuz thats as fas as the suspension can drop before it will rip out cvs and bind up the tie rods and ball joints. If your cranked that much, your front end parts are going to start breaking asap!

Better warn the first guy who racks your truck. Might pull the shocks apart with that much downward travel.

Yeah the cv axles can only go so far before they pop out of there socket then its bad news bears...

lol well all it gave me was about 1/16th of an inch more travel. cause it was just the plate. so i cranked the bars down a hair more and tacked the plates back on.
