Does anyone know if you can buy an after market shift stick (manual transmission, not 4x4 shifter) that is 3" longer than stock, for vehicles that have a 3" body lift? Its that big of deal, but, if it was a bit longer it would be easier to drive. any thoughts?

 

hmmmm you could always weld up your own! other than that i would say check out b&m's website... they might have some...

 

when i had my body lift on my old truck i just left it the way it was, chevys sticks are long to begin wit so it was kinda nice cause it almost lowered it a lil... i dunno wit fords though, id say your best bet is to try to make your own bracket, a buddy of mine who had the same truck as my old one cept his was a 4.8 5spd said his body kit actually came wit an ext... only prob was since your usin the shifter so much he said every so often he would have to take the boot off and tighten the bolts, so w/e it is if you find something id weld that thing up. what kinda body lift do you have PA?

 

most body lifts come with a extension for the shifter. you can probably contact PA and see if they have something if yours didnt.
