How do I Manually Engage the Actuator w/Toggle on my Silverado??
I have converted my 2003 Silverado 4x4 to an older 1993 (2 wire) manual shifted NP241 transfer case. Now I need to wire in a toggle to activate the front actuator when I shift the transfer case into 4hi or 4lo. I have a spare pigtail harness from another truck to use. I just need to know what color wires need to be on a toggle switched when in 4wd.
Wire colors....
Brown (ignition switched 12v)
Black (ground)
Light Blue (??)
Black w/Black Stripe (??)
Thanks guys!!

BD Diesel sells a kit to interrupt the signal to the front differential to allow 2LO. Maybe that could be adapted or rewired for your needs?
