they would be worth the money if you lived somewhere where you would use them all the time

yea they are insanly expensive but they do work REALLY well in loose ground like sand and snow but you also cant go over like 35mph

Its because the centrifugal force will cause the track to jump off the roller.

Im sure that has someting to do with it too, but some of the fire trucks (tahoes and surburbians) stopped in here on there way to antartica on some kinda deployment, and they had them, the mechanic said they have lost a few to the tread seperateing under high speeds.
