I saw one at Cleetus and Cars a few months back, I think it had a TSP 427 and twins. It was in the burnout competition and shredded like it was driving on ice but with lots of tire smoke lol.

Good lord. Twinned 427 in a rzr? Definition of overkill. I need one.

I lied to you..... It's actually just a 1300hp 2JZ. All I remember is a single set of earplugs was not enough and I think it had Jurassic park ford explorer wheels on it.

In the process of freshening up a Honda Rancher 350 engine and noticed that the rod and the crank have a bunch of heat coloring on them. No other evidence the motor got hot and it ran well enough for the few seconds I had it running. I have it almost assembled already but I figured I'd see what you guys thought.

Its a honda, so although it might be on its last leg, that last leg could last 10 more years lol

That's precisely why I try to stick to Honda on small engines. I wasn't finding any decent info on any forums about it but just googled used rods and cranks and every used one I see for sale has the same coloring. Maybe it was part of the machining process or something.

I showed those pics to one of our techs who's been working on Honda's longer than I've been alive and he said looks fine to him.

Had 6” or so of fresh powder blow in last night so my daughter and I did some driving around. Donuts, power slides. Had a grand time. Lockers make it easy to drift in the snow haha.
