I agree! And not very well at that

I'll take "what is proper joint prep?" for $500, Alex

If you wanna weld it again, let a brotha know and I'll put it back together for you

It was welded at some point. I bought a replacement for it already that will be here Wednesday. I need to get out to the shop and start taking everything apart but the weather is killing the motivation. I’m just going to replace it and the bushings and throw everything back together and drive it for now. I’m tired of wrenching on this thing and spent way to much on it this year.

I understand that. But it's obv that breaking that thing is possible, and if you want a trail side spare I'll set you up. AWS certified; all positions/ most processes pipe and plate for mild, chromo and stainless. I know a thing or 2 about gluing metal together 🤘🏻

I’M NOT BUILDING A FULL TIME TRAIL RIG! Hahahaha

Joking aside, might take you up on that. I’m about to head to the shop and start tearing things apart.

I’m not in denial. I just needed a different vehicle.

Got the t-case pulled today and looked at the “fix.” There was zero penetration on this weld.

LOL @ that weld. Can't believe someone did that and thought to themselves "yep that will be perfect"

I love RC crawling!

I built ab HPI Bronco bodied scaler back in college. She's 12yrs now and probably has legit 3000mi on her. Worn out AF

Just bought myself an Element Trailwalker on Black Friday. It's ok, but like most things: it sucks stock 😂

the Bomber/RR10/Wraith chassis is pretty awesome, you happy with it?

It’s a Redcat Wendigo and it’s a riot. 3s brushless. It’s almost to much honestly. I can do wheelies at will and it twists the chassis so hard it steers itself. Full time 4wd with oil filled adjustable shocks and adjustable rear sway bar. I need to do some chassis tuning to help with the control. I’m also looking at brushed motors and 2s batteries for crawling. The 3s brushless is to much. But 4 wheel rooster tails are fun!!
