Default four wheeler QUESTIONS

ok i was muddin down by canyon lake and i was pullin doughnuts on my 4x4 ATV and i was running it in second gear while doing so and when i pulled out it was bogging down but i stopped and down shifted to first gear it ran though that gear and then shift up to second gear and half way though it boggs and i shift up to third and it boggs so today i tried to shoot some carb cleaner in it and still no differance even today i had it in neutral and you cant really rev it up without some backfire and help would be awesome thanks guys

i would say, check fuel filter, air filter, and spark plug, thats my only thoughts, oh btw, what kind of atv is it???

the air filter and the spark plug is fine now the fuel filter wouldnt have anything to do with it because its gettin to much fuel its not running lean its a 4X4 yahama 400 big bear buck masters ed. with a winch(even though i dont need it my ex got it for "pullin me out" i have had this thing in 3 feet of mud with no problem) and saturday out of the blue it starts this crap still trying to fix it if there and any mech. in here that would help

Does it have the handle bar mounted parking brake lever? If it does, be sure that it is not engaged, that will make it do everything you describe.

no its not the parking brake but thats what im thinkg its prolly the carb and no i havent called yahama yet they are closed till tomorrow
