if you have a half ton use a ford key. Dont let him start confusing you.

i should have made my self more clear in my last post depending on which weight rate torsion bars are in the truck

What about a 1500HD that im looking to level the front end up but not hurt the ride

cant have both, if you want to bring it up Im pretty sure you want to use stock 1500(non-HD) keys, can prolly buy them for cheap off a member that has the ford keys.

So keys will hurt the ride too. BTW its a 4X4

The 1500 keys will bring it up?

Yes, and yes.

You can get some of the ride back by going with larger tires with 33's on my chevy 2500 and fully cranked bars the ride wasnt half bad.

Yea it is gonna be rougher, depends on how high u crank and if you get longer shocks..

ah, i was hoping to keep the same shocks..
dont want much lift out of it, what if i dont crank them much with the keys?

how much you wanna crank man? if u'r gonna crank like 1" you should be fine.
My truck is cranked like 2-2.5 and i have my shocks extended.
