the first pic w/o the BL looks more proportioned with the 285s. I think thats what Im gonna go with, just crank, wheels and tires.
Second question, if my bars are sagging, can I switch left to right and front to back and eliminate the sag without worrying?

This is what I was talking about in the first post. Not quite ford keys, but I can see what you meant. Do these look like they would be worth the money?
Bear with me, I am an infant when it comes to offroad IFS setups...

eeekk... $230, i dunno man thats very steep for torsion keys, like i said i paid $40 for my ford ones
about the bars, im sure you can switch em left to right and i would imagine but dont quote me on this you can switch em front to back. but id say at 120k you might be due for some new ones and i highly doubt they could be that expensive. id say under $200 for both

Do the factory keys have the same adjustability (2 piece construction) as the summit pieces?
I am not trying to justify buying them, I am trying to understand the benefit you get from adj. keys as opposed to factory?

You can get something like this: http://roughcountry.com/Chevy_88-98_1.5in.htm I know it says it's for the OBS, but you can simply turn the bars around and swap sides and it should give you the same lift as Ford keys, only with a better handling and ride quality. You can also get the bars from the HD trucks and turn them around and swap sides as well, again better ride quality and less potential for sag. If you really want to max the lift, get some ford keys with either of them and crank away.

Go with some GK bars. Pretty much the same as the Rough Country bars, and actually I think that Rough Country sells the GK bars. They're bars for the HD's but when switched and flipped then cranked a little will give you about 2" in the front and are less likely to sag.
