I bought a set of 18x9.5" wheels that came from a 2500 Suburban with 325/60/18 Nitto terra grappler tires on stock suspension. He said they rubbed the sway bar on full lock. If the backspace is just right they will fit with bumper/air dam trimming. Here's the specs on those wheels;
