Default Cam swap tools in Houston area?

I plan to install the cam in my engine this weekend. That is if I can get ahold of an engine hoist to get the engine off the ground and onto my stand. Does anybody in the Houston area have a valvespring comepressor that I can borrow for the weekend? Or possibly a lifter holder tool? I want to get this engine swapped into my truck in about 2 weeks, and this is really the only thing holding me back. I am probably gonna be doing the swap by myself, so if anybody has done it before and wants to come over and help, you are more then welcome too. If you have one of both of these tools, either reply in this thread, or shoot me a PM. Thanks

Is there a place I can buy one locally, or will I have to have it shipped off?
