Anybody widen the front fender wells?

Anybody widen the front fender wells?
Trying to find out if anyone here has cut and widened the front fender wells on a 02 silverado. I have dont the rears on an 88 nissan years ago. The rear bedsides are easy but I have a feeling the front might be a pain.
