dam dude this thread is kinda sad to read considering you just broke that bitch in to the 13s

in all honesty it seems like everyones getting kinda bored. I too have been guilty of the thoughts of offing the truck... I really love it and all and have put a lot of personal work in to it and work with my dad which has been great but I REALLY enjoy motorcycles and wont be truly happy till I have one again. But at the same time if I go out and get say 8k for my truck, buy a beater S-10 for 4 and a nice bike for 4 then I've got a nice bike and gutless truck again haha I do always have the 4.8 laying around tho

Whatever happens man, just make sure its what you want and you'll be happy

F-bodys aren't trashy, put a good converter in them and they run 7.7-7.8's. You can't beat that. My buddy wants to sell his black TA. I don't know if thats what your looking for.

I'd rather have a goat over an f-body any day as far as build quality goes

7.5-7.6 would beat that.

Do the gmt900 ECSB's have more room in the back than the 800's do?
I think a TBSS would be a good move. Plenty of room, good economy, lots of power. Even more potential.
If I ever decide to by another SUV that's what I'd want.

A TBSS is nice, but from talking to a friend with one, the tranny is allready slipping and it has less than 5k on it with just a tune....

Is the truck paid off? If so just keep it and park it and get the SSS.

Transmission is going to be an issue with any GM vehicle still sporting the 60e. Thats why I said a new Denali, 6l80e, 6.2L, extremely nice inside and all the room you could want.

damn we must all think alike! lol.... i hardly drive my truck, just sits in the garage.... just not interested anymore .... i also would like to get a nice LS2 GTO to play with, i already have my 68' c10 as a project and my ccsb 2500HD for DD and roomy for the family.., so i dont really need 3 trucks! ... but i know i would loose my *** on it, so i rather let it rot in the garage instead of loosing a arm/leg for it.... dont get me wrong, i get that speed urge everyonce in a while so i take it out and give it some WOT runs to get the adrenaline pumping for a while... by the way i would like to trade my truck as a partial trade for a nice goat...

Well I just talked to my Fiance about all of this. She said to put it upforsale and see if i get any bites... If it sales then i will just drive my beater for awhile until i figure out what i want... So a forsale thread will be up soon... I am torn between a TransAM, GTO, SSS, or CC....

BTW if it does not sale, then I will return it back to stock and sale if alot cheaper...

Just leave it alone. That's what I'm keeping mine the way it is. The Chariot is running perfectly @ 132k mi. Yall' know that I don't beat on it at the track, but it can still take on most.

I too want something new, or newer than what I have. Those choices being a used Vette, CTS-V, or even a 2011 Camaro SS or RS series(with a little help from Flaco on any of them). I just can't consider getting rid of the truck, it's a little more of a personal issue with it.
