It wouldn't cut his budget, but there's no reason he shouldn't be able to pick up a good, used charger with everything he needs for under $5K. Then again, I don't even know why in the hell I'm saying that because the dude's obviously wanting something for nothing.

Once again, check the classifieds. It's full of "kits". Just not a good idea at $2K.

If you plan on spraying, you'll hardly feel a 100 shot. Search up, and hit it with a little more.

Spend some money on that before you spray or boost. That's gonna take most of your budget.
