stolen truck in Houston
#51
I replaced the valance and fogs the night before it was stolen. they hit something. the plate is bent and a hole in the bumper. from what i understand, it was a ranch fence while cutting across the country offroad style: emblem is cracked.
not sure WTF they were looking at here.
atleast kick the mud off on the step bars looks like the plastic on the seat track is broken too.
radio out of place. just dirty. broken column
the truck had a spray in liner covered by a plastic liner. not sure where my plastic liner went??
broken column
around 7k miles in 2 weeks. damn!
scratch on fender is new
overall, not bad from the pic? i want my center cap back!
not mine:
!back seat. + some filth. didnt realize the arm rest twists that way?
my 1 day old valance. i never got to take my truck mudding. cracked windshield. where the **** is my expired inspection sticker no major body damage that i can see.
cleanest part of the truck!
we'll see how it plays out. anyone who knows me knows that none of my cars ever look this bad i can polish a turd like a champ lol

and no cool video like matt. it was found running in a field. supposedly once you start a silverado once without the chipped key, the vats system will not let it will not let it start without the chip for a 2nd time which means it has been running non stop for over 2 weeks and roughly 7k miles.
adds character.

Makes me wonder how they can damage so many parts of it, sure it didnt cost them and they dont give a **** but lets say the arm rest, scratches, lost parts, back seat, broken winshield... im sure u really would like to see a video of how they did all that and while were at it u may want to have the guy stealing it from you face to face lol
Good luck on whatever u decide to do, its nor fair but try to make the best of it

I took everything out, pressure washed the interior, steam cleaned the seats twice, and aired it out over 2 weeks with the doors open and fans blowing through it

I think a pressure washer would go a LONG ways in this case. Its really hard to tell from pics alone.
