i had a buddy helping me re stab the tranny and he slipped it off the jack onto my hand.... so know my fingers are f'd up... i just had it towed to eagle trannsmissions... to bolt it back up.... i don't think my hand will up to doing much of anything for a couple of weeks.....

holy crap man, that sounds like it hurt!!!!! $100 does not sound bad now huh? hope your hand heals up and hairs over.

sorry i never made it out man...

night before i was helping a buddy put a new tranny and stall in his T/A and didnt make it home til about 4:30 that morning..

damn... trying to save a few bucks ended up costing you more with towing...

no... i was not trying to save money.... i was trying to have the satisfaction of doing it myself...
and having the knowledge....
i know it sounds funny.... but i actually enjoy turning wrenches... nice to have something different to do.....

and i can twist the tops off of beer..... lol
