Sounds like that s-10 needs a v8 swap so you can get that a/c working

screw that, in texas AC is #1 priority... Unless you got a hottie riding along with you! My mustang did not have Ac for the longest time, my GF at the time used to ride around in a bikini

Do yall just have a leak? I have a set of gauges and a vacuum pump, as long as everything else is OK, it shouldn't be a big deal to fix....

My evap core is toast. I have a set of gauges and a vac pump as well.
