Default Motor/Trans. Shops in the DFW Area

More specifically, around Flower Mound, Lewisville, Grapevine and the surrounding area. Looking for motor and/or transmission shops that do good, solid work for an honest price.

On the simple and practical side of things, I'm looking at putting in a healthy small block and a new transmission. Just something that's got enough power to move the truck and be reliable; something to have fun with but still drive every day.
