Believe it or not she has surprised more than a few people with the truck....Ah its just a girl driving it.....

 

Oh I believe it, it was a pretty quick setup. But that extra beef under the hood will make a big difference, especially against the faster near-stock trucks running around like the tuned 6.2s, Ecoboost Fords and 5.7 Tundras and Rams.

There was a kid on the way to the ball park Friday night with a Denali CC and I told him I'd like to race him. He asked what I'll have and I told him LS2, and he said he had an LS3. Looked to me that he was going to do a little more hopping on that lifted set up, while I'll be grabbing the tar. He's not going to like being beaten by a woman. Just have to find him when the truck is done.

 

When ever you get it all done, i'd be up for some friendly runs.

A few months of great fun? I'll pass. That's the orig block that crapped and it's 9yrs old. I took care of that truck to the best of my ability.. maybe some may say that's not enough, but it was enough for me.

And is that 4.8l still in the crate for $250, and were you the one that HAD their fun in it?
