Welcome to Texas... The Woodlands is nice. Take a look in the Magnolia area. You "should" be able to find a lot with house and shop on it.

Eric and I are very south of the Woodlands, and we were able to find a house on 2 lots, with a chubby garage. Still room to put up a steel building for the toys.

Go get a wheel lock, and a ball lock. They cannot damage your property to tow your trailer

Get revenge weld someones door shut!

I cant stand living in an apt either, thus the hunt for a house. I got my truck and my jeep towed one time from my apt complex at the same time. I had the jeep hooked up to the back of the truck on the tow bar and even though the tow bar was locked to the ball on my truck they hammered out the pins on the tow bar to disconnect them and tow both. Cost me 500 ******* dollars.

How did you get such a short lease?

A few years back a towing company with a gas F350 tried to tow my dads F350 dually and with all the weight of it having the big ranch hand bumper and diesel engine the front of the tow truck kept lifting up so they called for a bigger wrecker. By that time my dad came out of my apt and told them they could either unhook it or he would put it in 4wd and drag the wrecker around the parking lot. So they unhooked it

There was something else that I wanted to mention about most of the housing developments. They have deed restrictions, like no trailers on the property, noise limitations, and the parking of multiple vehicles. Make sure your agent knows exactly what your looking for. Just a heads up.
