Well looks like Crandall will be open for TestnTune on Friday Oct. 8th. 5-9pm. Just wondering who wants to go???

i will try to go, but i will just go from work since i work in arlington and i get off work between 5 and 6.

Haha I hear that...I sold one of my AR15s so I could order them and my TruTrac/4.10s...the ypipe has been back ordered forever...

I won't be doing the TruTrac/4.10s until later in October or early November though :(

I can't wait for you to get this beast set up and going.

I think the MOST I'll do to my truck now after reading about what works best is a 3k or 3200 converter and long tubes. This way I'll be show and go.:drive:

lol. Wont be a lot of go but enough for me. Not a lot of racing trucks around my way. Well none with heavy mods other than tb spacers and programmers lol

Yeah, it's driving me nuts...I mean I have to get this truck going...I need it to at least get it to where my 2500HD was, not sure what her times were, but judging by seat of the pants it was way faster...

Are they pretty lax on tech?

Crandall is the new 1/4 mile track. Its just southeast of dallas.
We went last year and had a blast. The track was awesome! Its all concrete slab so you don't get the slicks full of gravel an whatnot. Its def one of my fav tracks i've been too. :chug:

Its both. 1/4 and 1/8 mile track.

they were pretty lax last time. Hell i don't even think they checked much of anything

I go there once a month at least and they seem to be cool about stuff most of the time.

On the test and tunes I don't see them messing with people too much, occasional thing here and there, but nothing major.

Big thing I see them get people on it trying to ride with a passenger.

I bet not...unless you plan on going 11.5 or faster. and maybe not even then. as long as you got a helmet on faster than 13 somethinf ennis dont care most of the time either.

im still going to try and go but the truck dont have a radio right now and i dont know if i can take driving for about a hour with no music. they dont when im getting it back because they have to send it to kenwood

Every time I've went to crandall they just put on number on my truck and thats that. Never even wore a helmet...

Hmm take a day off from work, install my long tubes, retune and head to the track :hmmm:
